Elshayal Smart GIS© package is an almost First Arabian GIS software© which completely developed by Arabian developers team ( Mohamed ElShayal & Fahima Abou ElGheit ) and independent of any commercial software package.

The software is capable of developing GIS Standalone applications that Create & Edit & Publish Shape and Data base files and works on PC ,or Internet Server , or on smart devices like PDAs, and Pocket PCs. 

It is a new software that can work directly on the digital maps installed on the device or through a communication module and it can read from GPS recievers.

It cantains the following programes “El-Shayal Smart GIS Editor© for Editding and publishing Maps” , and “El-Shayal Smart GIS Net© for internet browsing maps”., and “El-Shayal Smart GIS Mobile© for PDA browsing maps”.
